Sept 2014 - IDMP was commissioned by iFish Pro to create a complete “soup to nuts” assessment of iFish Pros existing branding, packaging, and marketing initiatives.  iFish Pro’s ultimate goal was to see their product achieve retail placement with national level sporting goods retailers.

IDMP facilitated a complete brand overhaul that included a Logo redesign, complete with new packaging.

October 2014 – IDMP presented a seven-step plan to iFish Pro ownership that included:

  1. Re-branding of iFish Pro logo and retail packaging overhaul

  2. Production of an iFish Pro 0:30-second commercial

  3. Product placement of iFish Pro products in In-Depth Outdoors TV episodes

  4. 0:30-second commercial airings during In-Depth Outdoors TV episodes

  5. Enter into agreement with qualified rep group

  6. Production of Point of Sale Video(s)

  7. Update existing iFish Pro website at http://ifishpro.com/

As of May 1, 2016 items 1 – 6 in the seven-step plan submitted to iFish Pro have been completed.  Work on item 7  [update existing iFish Pro website] is currently underway with an anticipated completion date of July 1, 2016.

RESULTS – iFish Pro has enjoyed a dramatic increase in their direct online sales, consumer awareness and consumer demand for their product as a direct result of the implementation of IDMP’s recommended seven-step plan.  This increase in consumer product awareness and demand resulted in iFish Pro ownership entering into a sales agreement with PMI Max, a product sales agency headed by Jim Burkett, with strong ties to key sporting goods retailers.  By May 2016, iFish Pro had received significant orders from key retailers including Fleet Farm and Cabela's.
